Whether you live in Lisbon or are simply visiting, this studio place is available for short term or long term rental. Stay for a week or for several months. The work studio is available in a quiet office building, where there are other artists, architects and tattoo artists, in the traditional and vibrant neighbourhood of Alcântara. 

The space is 20 mhas southern light, near the Tejo river, with a view of the 25 de Abril bridge. If you need a break, the river is about 15 minute walk away.  There are also gardens nearby, where you can take in some greenery, like the Antero Brotero park or climb up and wander the grounds of the Institute of Agronomy.

It is close to the cultural hub of Lx Factory, where there many unique restaurants and unique shops, as well as a number of amenities.  You can easily reach it from the centre of Lisbon by bus or tram within 15 minutes. 

Electricity is included.  There is a shared washroom facility for the entire floor.
