We wanted to create a space in Lisbon where artists and those curious about academic drawing could learn more about achieving a greater degree of realism in their work. These techniques were once the foundation of Fine Art faculties across the world up until the early 20th century. Fortunately, with the growth of the gaming, animation and cinema industries, there has been an renewed interest in learning to draw using a classical approach. As opposed to quick gesture drawing exercises, our classes and life drawing sessions are meant for those who like to take their time to explore all drawing and painting mediums.

Beyond their degrees in Fine Arts, granted by such institutions as the University of Porto and Lisbon, our tutors have completed classical drawing training from such schools as the Barcelona Academy of Art, LARA: London Atelier of Representational Art as well as various workshops with such reputed artists as Jordon Sokol, Amaya Gurpide, Costa Dvorezky and Joshua LaRock.
